Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of bewind.ph and to the services you avail from Bewind Information Technology Solutions ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Services and quotes
This website describes our services and their starting prices. Every project is different, so the exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price are set out in a written quote we send you. If the quote and this website differ, the quote applies. Your initial consultation with us is free.
2. Prices and third-party costs
All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are base service fees only. Third-party tools and services, such as domain registration, paid apps and plugins, and AI usage, are not included and are billed at their own rates. The final price depends on the exact requirements of each project.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting the checkout or contact form is a request for service, not a binding contract. An agreement is formed when we confirm your quote and you make the payment it requires. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms also apply to your payment.
4. Monthly and annual plans
BEYOND support plans billed monthly or annually are paid in advance for each period. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refunded, unless your quote says otherwise.
5. Cancellations and refunds
For project work, cancellation and refund terms, including any non-refundable down payment, are set out in your quote. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is billable. Refunds, where applicable, are returned through the original payment method.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, materials, access and feedback we need, on time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, images or trademarks you give us to use.
- Keep your own account passwords and access details secure.
Delays in providing these may move the project timeline.
7. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code and know-how. Third-party themes, plugins, platforms and assets remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. AI services
AI chatbots, agents and content tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, and for the actions you approve an agent to take. AI provider usage fees are billed separately.
9. Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or send spam through its forms. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, or for failures of third-party platforms and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Quezon City.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Changes do not affect quotes you have already accepted.
